NEXT STEPS: Lead FatTracks into the future!

Dear fellow FatTracks members, sponsors, and donors,

As I mentioned in previous correspondence, the current FatTracks Committee has served the FatTracks community for many years. However, the majority of the committee will be stepping down in 2026.

There are currently over 400 active members, so we are confident that we will find some willing hands to take over their positions.

The more volunteers who step forward,
the more the responsibilities can be shared

I’ve put together some further information to help clarify everything regarding FatTracks committee nominations for 2026:

FatTracks Committee Nominations Now Open!

FatTracks is proactively seeking nominations for its new committee, with the aim of ensuring a smooth leadership transition and a strong future for the club. 

This early call for nominations gives new committee members the chance to shadow current portfolio holders after the Special General Meeting on Friday 25 July. 

This will help ensure they’re well-prepared to take FatTracks forward into 2026 and beyond after the AGM in November.

Key dates:

• Nominations close: Tuesday, July 22, 2025
• Special General Meeting (SGM) for Voting: Friday 25 July, 2025

How to nominate:

You can nominate any FatTracks member who is willing to serve on our club committee, including yourself!
